LONG TERM PROJECT:
Another mouth to feed – 23 March 2014 –Thuthe’s baby, Romeo, was born and her responsibilities have grown exponentially, the care of the baby also compromises her income. Some of Thuthe’s sparkle has disappeared and her facial expression is no that of a concerned mother. Subject is aware of photographer.
My palace – 23 March 2014 –Although I was never allowed to take pictures in any of the rooms I managed to peep into some rooms and discovered a paradox in living conditions in some rooms. The neatness and cleanliness of this room is in total contrast to the surrounding rubble strewn area meters from the door. Subject is not aware of photographer.
